Products’ Availability
All product orders depend on their availability. Ιn case the products are out of stock, the company reserves the right to inform you about similar products.
Pricing
Prices listed in Company’s website include VAT but not shipping charges. You pay for the products either by depositing the price in the Company’s bank account GR3401407180718002320000561 at Alpha Bank either with credit/debit card either by paying on delivery. In bank’s depository you must include as reasoning your full name. Afterwards you should send the depository off to the Company via email so as we can carry your order out as soon as possible.
Delivery of products
Our Company takes every possible measure to meet the relevant deadlines while delivering the products. In any case, products will be delivered within 20 days from the day you made the order. In case you made a special order which demands manufacturing of a product, we will come to an agreement with you over the terms of the delivery.
Risk shifting
Risk of loss and damage of products is shifted to you, in case where either you or a person you appointed, apart from the shipper, has taken possession of the products. However risk is also sifted to you, in case you appoint a shipper of your choice to deliver the products, who is not appointed by our Company. In such case the risk is sifted to you at the time products are handed in to the shipper.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are considered a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without having to justify it. The deadline for consumer’s withdrawal expires after 14 days since the day when either you or a third person you appointed took control or possession of the products. In order to withdraw from the contract you may fill out the Withdrawal Document, which you can find at the bottom of these Terms of Use and send it off to us via email. At the same time and within the abovementioned deadline you should contact us over the phone to let the Company know about your decision. In case you withdraw from the contract, our Company will examine the returned product and let you know whether or not you will receive back the price you paid. In any case, you bear the cost of the products’ return, unless you return yourselves the products at the Company’s headquarters. You should return the products in the packaging they were sold, together with the instructions for use, any attached documents as well as the receipt. You will have no refund in case you used the product after you opened the packaging, in case the returned product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered to you in first place or in case the product has suffered damage.
Indemnity
Our Company is obliged to deliver products which meet the agreed requirements as well as have no defects. Otherwise you have the rights provided by law and specifically by articles 534 et seq of the Greek Civil Code.
Liability and Disclaimer
Our Company’s liability concerning any product you buy though our website by no means exceeds the product’s purchase price, unless it is otherwise stipulated in these Terms of Use.
Cases of force Majeure
Our Company carries no liability in the event of either inability to perform any of its obligations or delay in performing them, in case the abovementioned circumstances are caused due to force majeure or by accident.
Clause concerning partial invalidity
In case any of the competent authorities decides that any of these Terms of Use are illegal, invalid or unenforceable, as far as the transaction in question is concerned, these particular terms won’t be taken into account, while the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.
Applicable Law- Jurisdiction and Competence
Greek law governs the use of the webpage, the contract on purchasing of products through the website, as well as any relevant dispute. It is expressly agreed that Courts of Thessaloniki are competent to try the abovementioned disputes.
